Refund/Exchange Policy


In the event that you are not satisfied with your problem!!! We do not offer refunds but will gladly issue STORE CREDIT. You can place a  return by mailing your item back to us. Before placing your order in the mail please send us an email at so we can send you an authorization form for the return. Once your return has been approved you have 10 business days from the date of  the email authorization to mail back your item to the address provided on the approval/return slip. If your package has not been postmarked within 10 business days unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a store credit.  All returns must have an authorization form enclosed before store credit can be issued.

Once your item has been received we will begin processing your return and store credit. Store credit can take up to 3 business days to be issued. Store credit will be issued using a store code that you will use at your next purchase. Keep in mind for store credit to be granted all items must be unworn, unwashed, and damage free (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, smoke, or wear). We will not be able to accept returns with stretched seams so please do your best to refer to the size chart and detail description of the item before purchasing. Items must also have the original Sultry Shop tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE:  We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.


Unfortunately we do NOT offer exchanges. Why Not? Well we do not like breaking promises. We can not always guarantee an item you would like to exchange will be in stock. We keep limited quantities of items and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, return your package by following the return procedure listed above. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. This way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.


Bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, and/or undergarments are FINAL SALE. These items are not returnable at any time.


    1. Please send us an email at with the subject line RETURN + First and Last Name. Once your return has been authorized we will email an approval/return slip with the return address listed. Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
    2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept bodysuits, swimwear, and/or accessories. Seams must not appear stretched from wearing.
    3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Sultry Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
